- The Break-bulk liner/parcel team mainly working from the Bangkok office, trading from South East Asia to the Middle East & Mediterranean. Trading name: Orient Asia Lines – Orient Asia Lines is a joint venture with Nepa Shipping.
- The rice team working with major rice traders shipping rice from China, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Pakistan to various West Africa destinations. Trading name: Afri-Bulk Navigation
- Lineco is a joint venture with Nepa Shipping operated from the Lighthouse office in Bangkok
- Lighthouse are also partners with Nepa Shipping in Med Asia Shipping and Three Seas Shipping, both operated from Nepa’s offices in Hong Kong and Amsterdam.
